Maximize Your Earning Potential at AC25!

Maximize your learning at CWEA’s Annual Conference & Expo in Palm Springs! A full-conference attendee can earn up to 24 contact hours. Hours are subject to change based on the final schedule. Don’t miss this chance to grow your skills and maintain your certification!

The AC25 program offers pre-conference workshops, an inspiring keynote speaker, and a wide range of technical tracks across multiple disciplines. You’ll also have the chance to join technical tours and expo hall sessions. We’re confident you’ll find sessions and opportunities aligned with your certification goals. You must be a registered attendee to apply contact hours towards your certification.

How to earn CWEA contact hours at AC25.

For any educational session you attend at AC, contact hours will be automatically applied towards your CWEA certification.
Have you badge scanned when you enter the session room
Scanning will make it easier for you to collect and track contact hours.
There are no paper forms to get stamped. Everything is digital and automated.
Attend the session to receive the maximum number of contact hours.
Get scanned on your way out of the session.
One contact hour will be issued per 50 minute session attended.

After the conference is over it takes Member Services about 2-3 weeks to move your contact hours into your CWEA profile.

Log-in to cwea.org and click on Member Profile > Log-in > My Contact Hours to view your contact hours and download a participation certificate if you need it.
